Having an issue with the factory 7 pin trailer wiring harness

Hello. Long time Chevy driver.

I recently bought a small utility trailer and while testing the lights, I accidentally touched the trailers frame while making an adjustment. Now all I have is the tail lights. The signal lights were working until then. Now all I have is the tail lights at the plug. None of the other lights work, yet I still have full signal lights on the truck. Is there an inline fuse or something that might have shorted?
