You should try the Bar-B-Q. It is almost a religion in NC/SC. I think Bar-B-Q is what set off the Hatfields and the McCoys.

USAF, currently working in Asheville NC and living in Old Fort, NC. Love the mountains here, but miss my snow (from further up the Appalachian chain in WV originally, where lake effect snow is more common). Especially right now when it feels especially spring-like here.
