2007 Silverado Classic 1500 ext. cab lowering questions.

When lowering a 2007 Silverado Classic 1500 ext. cab, GMT800 platform truck, what parts are considered when lowering the truck? I am foreseeing a 2 inch drop in the front and leveling the rear to meet that 2 inch front drop. What brand of lowering kit is recommended and do I have to ditch the stock shocks that the truck has? It has 2 Monroe Reflex front shocks and 2 Monroe Sensatrac rear shocks. Give me a list of parts NEEDED for a professional quality vehicle lowering.

Not sure on shocks, but I'd think you will need the drop spindles for the front, lowering shackles for the rear (& pull out the blocks under the leaf springs if it has any). May I ask why you are lowering it? I'm just a curious kind of guy.
