I need to do a photoshop of the truck with some K2 outside rear view mirrors on it. I think it would look cool, but I'm not sure if there would be anyway to make a set fit this truck.

I like the height where it's at now. Still rides decent too which isn't a must, but it's a plus.

 

Installed the steering stabilizer today. I have to do some clean up and paint underneath come spring.

Installed the new shifter and rubber boot yesterday, the old boot was torn.

How was the shifter installation? Instal time?

 

My boot is also torn and the shifter has seen better days.

It was somewhat of a pain. Mainly because the bolt holding the shifter in was extremely tight and I didn't have the exact size torx bit that it took. The other bad part was getting to the pug for the tow/haul because I had to take more panels off. Other than that it's pretty smooth sailing.

Not much going on lately, I changed the oil over a week ago now along with adding new front rotors. Going to do another rear differential fluid change soon.

Changed the rear differential fluid again today. I'd say it was pretty dirty for being changed two years ago with all the more miles I've put on it. Thinking I'll change it again in another year, and then leave it a while after that.

That's what I need to do to mine. Haven't changed it since I've owned the truck ?

Diff oil IMO gets the most abuse out of all the fluids

Yea the gears look good in mine so I would like to get them pretty clean looking so the fluid stays good longer.

Just ordered the sheet metal to repair the rust on the cab of the truck. Going to order a new rear bumper as well because it is starting to rust pretty good.
