Changing Temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit

My temp reads 32 degrees,but I can go in and change to Metric and it will switch the temp to 0.So wonder if my sensor is bad..I have a Diablo tune on it could that maybe be messing with it.? I wouldn't think so

Not sure if you know how Celsius works....but 32 degrees Fahrenheit is equal to 0 degrees Celsius.

Yes, I know how it works thanks.My point is that it changed and since here in Texas its not 32 degrees I'm pretty sure that it must be the sensor working incorrectly..

Prolly would have helped to say you were in Texas.

 

Definitely a faulty sensor. Should be a warranty issue.

Might check to see if it is plugged in, I am sure it has a default temp point if it was unplugged just like the IAT sensor does.

If you are changing the temp from celsius to farenheit (as your subject states) and it currently reads 32 then that equals 90 F. Are you sure you didn't get this reversed?

Putting the tune on reset it and I needed to drive a little bit to make it get an accurate reading..
