2014 Sierra/Silverado 1500 side window trim swap

Anybody attempt this? I have a 2014 Sierra Texas Edition in Iridium Metallic. I am currently in the process of going with a blacked out/ dark sinister look with the truck and want to change out the chrome window molding to the chevy black trim. I believe the cabs are the same so the trim should be a straight swap. Here is my truck and you can see how the chrome trim sticks out like a sore thumb.

Chevy's and gmc 's are the same. I traded a Silverado owner for my black trim so if ya find someone with a double willing to swap, you're GTG

Find one of the Chevy guys that wants the chrome and do a swap. Do you have the AT grille? I can see you have the painted surround.

How hard is it to remove? Clips or screws?

One screw for each molding then you quickly pull up on the molding and the clips will release from the door.

There's a how to thread floating around somewhere.

There is one screw (easily accessed) and four clips per molding. When you get your new moldings you see how easy the clips are to undo with a thin screw driver. Pretty simple process. I changed out my Silverado's black trim for the Sierra's chrome trim.
