Not fullsizes I'm sure. Maybe when you count the various CUVs but for the real fullsizes, GM has owned the segment for ages.

 

and like I mentioned, the Navigator and Expedition got basically neutered by the CAFE Rules; but I think Ford is Relying too much on their Ecoboost Technology to increase their CAFE Numbers; there might be as yet undiscovered Design Flaws with the Ecoboost engines that might just bite Ford in the Backside later.

Only time will tell. Maybe one day we'll have a president and a congress with a proper idea of what the role the federal government ought to have in our lives.
