k when i step on my brakes the whole truck chugs to a stop , normally i would say pulsates but i never feel pulsation in the pedal , which tells me its not a rotor , its a 2500 4x4 , this prob seems to have just occured about 6 months ago i pulled every tire off and looked and felt around for warpage or looseness but found nothing , i dont feel any abs symptoms or hear any whining , im thinking maybe master cyl. but thats an expensive journey , so thought id see if someone has any advice for me , also i seen on hear one guy said to remove a fuse not the abs but a diff one ill try that but im doubtfull , also it seems worse some days then others , seems the hotter it is the worse it gets , and no its not a caliper i checked all that

pads are great no run out on disks (checked with dial indicator ) and each rotor spun freely with brakes released, could air in the lines do this? , can a master cause these symptoms , or a booster? any advice is welcome

Sorry...bad tire. Had one on a Dodge that felt like a rotor but no pulse in the pedal. Never wore weird, never gave issues...swapped new tires on and the condition went away.

Not sure you will be able to detect a warped rotor visually. Pull them and take them in to have them checked and turned.. I think its like 8 bucks each. Cheap elimination....

Do you have 4 wheel disc brakes or rear drums? I was going to say, if you have drums you may need to have your drums turned in the rear, the shoes adjusted, or both. I only say this because if the rears were the problem you wouldn't necessarily feel it in the pedal it would be more in the seat shake type feel to it.

Id change brake fluid- with a good Dot 4 Synthetic, that will do two things- give new better fluid and eliminate any air in lines.. Brake fluid degrades quicker these days- and if ur fluid isnt water clear its degraded, if its really-dark cola colored- its junk. It really needs to be change every year or every other at worse.
