Kryptonite?

Hey all I took my truck into the dealer once again.. (6th time) truck has 4,000 miles and the wax undercoating is pealing off. I've read a few thread regarding this issue so don't yell at me for creating another.. Reason for the post is the body shop manager said they'll fix everything with a product called Kryptonite and I've never heard of it. Guess it's really expensive and has a short shelf life or so he says. Does anyone have any info in this product and will it be worth it? He told me they'll have the truck for at least 3-4 days for the process. Thanks.

So is that stuff legit? Or should I address all my rust myself? I don't want any dealer hack work just to keep it moving.
