Suburban rear seats rattle

The rear bucket seat in my 02 sub always rattles and make noises. I've tried almost everything to get them to stop. Its almost like its bouncing and hitting some metal under the seat. Can someone help me fix this?

Don't feel bad. My $30k 2007 sounded like that right off the showroom floor. I've surprisingly got used to it over the years.
