Badge question

Had anyone seem the chrome fender z71 badges on the sierras? eBay shows part #23172678 as an oem part for the silverado too. Didn't know if anybody can confirm that these are for silverado too or if you had a pic of a silverado you'd like to share with these badges installed. I like the look if them but didn't want to put a badge on my silverado that was a sierra specific badge. Looks like these chrome badges the way the shape of the z71 are made wouldn't match the bed stickers. Any help would be appreciated.

That is the part number, because I have one sitting right here. The ones on my truck are slightly different, the "Z" has horizontal ribs.

 

The "Z" on the New "Genuine GM Parts" badge is smooth, and no longer ribbed for your viewing pleasure. Other than that they are identical. I'm not sure if the newer trucks are coming with the smooth or ribbed "Z" from the factory? Mine was built before September, last year.

 

The bed stickers on the Chevy's are "Z71 OFF ROAD", or "4x4", from what I have seen. The chrome badges on the GMC's are "Z71 4x4".

 

You can order the bed sticker on the GMC's, and I have seen both "Z71" and "Z71 4x4" in what I believe they call a chrome accent sticker.

 

I think one or the other look ok, but having both the front fender Badge and the bedside stickers on the same truck, seems a little redundant, bordering on tacky. JMO!

 

As far as eBay, most people list everything for every possible look, hit, sale, they can get. Just like the Chevy "Z71 OFF ROAD" bed side stickers are listed for the GMC's as well.

I've seen pics of the silver/gray GMC Z71 bedside decal without the 4x4 posted on this sight. So it either exists, or someone cut out the 4x4 when they installed it?

i took mine off didnt like them well i took all mt badges off looks a lot better...
