Cigarette lighter not working

I just got a truck
2012 GMC Sierra Nevada edition 1500.

 

Neither cigarette lighter is working, I've tried 3 separate chargers.

I've checked all fuses in the cab and the one labeled "LTR" under the hood (number 53(20A))

 

All fuses are alright, any help would be wonderful

yeah I have a full warrenty... just making sure its not something simple before I take it in

I used several differant chargers that work on different vehicles and theres no power

He means, did you check the sockets with a volt/ohm meter

 

Did you try with the key on?

The first thing you do is check the sockets and see if you have voltage with a volt/ohm meter or a test light. If you don't have voltage st the socket then check and see if you have voltage a the fuse. Just because the fuse is good doesn't mean you have voltage to it.
