Oddly enough as much as I used to pirate I rarely pirate(d) android stuff. Between the free versions on the market, a lot of which the only difference are ads that I have blocked and don't see anyway, and amazon's free app of the day you really don't need to pirate apps anymore. Plus with the google opinion rewards app you get credit for doing surveys and then you just use that free money to buy the paid versions of apps.

I don't get the aversion to spending money on apps people have. You spent a few hundred dollars on the phone, what's a few bucks here and there for apps? I think I may have six paid apps on my iPhone. Not exactly a big deal at $3 or so each.

My Droid Ultra was free... So were my apps... Works better than any other phone I've ever had.

I have both, iPhone 4S (personal) and a Samsung Galaxy S4 (work) my iPhone has been going strong for 2.5 years now, S4 has died and been replaced in the less than a year I have had it. I try to use the S4 as much as possible since I don't pay for the service, but I get frustrated with it and switch back to the iPhone to complete things. I do like the swype text on the S4 wish Apple would add that. When I do decide to upgrade my personal phone I will stick with Apple

You guys better be nice. Cause this iPhone can ban you.

Some people are just cheap, also when I first got an android phone I didn't know apps went on sale sometimes as much as 75% off.

Find what? Who the heck is OPPO?

Anyone have the HTC One M8? Work is sending me one probably next week. I'm sorta familiar with Android as I had the Droid X way back. All I know so far is this one looks purty.

The M8 appears to be a pretty solid platform. I havent got to play with one yet though

I'm lookin to upgrade and am trying to decide between the S5, One (m8), or the G3. Love my past samsungs, just hate that internal memory is only 16gbs. most because apps dont usually translate to an Sd card. HTC looks good, but have seen lots of hardware issues with past HTC's. No real experience with the LG's but the G3 looks really good.

I think my M8 is a 32GB model. Total waste as I don't see myself loading it down with stuff when I already have my personal phone configured perfectly.
