Trans question

So I decided to check my tranny fluid today, completely cold, last time I drove it was yesterday. So I started the truck and checked my fluid. It was between the bottom of the hot mark and the top of the cold mark. Is this bad? I know it's not GREAT so how can I drain the excess fluid? A syringe down the dipstick tube? Or is there a drain where I can just loosen it a little. It's a 05 6.0l by the way. I had to change my trans cooler lines in February and I may have put a little too much fluid in. Truck drives fine.

Check it when it's hot

I went for a drive, 20 minutes of easy in town driving. Here is a pic of the dipstick, I marked where the hot and cold marks are, and where the level was when I checked it. e3ymenag.jpg

So it is a little on the high side.

is the oil arrated ?

You mean have bubbles in it/ foamy? No, it still is red in color and has no hint of any burning smells, so I think it'd be fine. I mean if there was a surplus of oil it would be spit out of the breather.
