2014 Silverado Rear Bumper Alignment

Recommended Posts

So I was looking at my truck the other day, it is a month old, no damage, and I notice the bumper in the rear is misaligned. What I mean is that the drivers side corner has a gap over 1" from the body, enough that I can fit my hand, but the passenger side has less than 1/2

If you look at the overall bumper, you can see it is installed crocked.

Can this be moved? Is there enough play in the bolts that I can just realign it? I have contacted the dealer to see if they will do it for me. I guess I am picky but I think it should look even to the truck.

Thanks

There is another thread where a member had their front bumper adjusted for the same thing. I would ask the dealer to adjust it for you.

Diy? You'll learn about your truck and it shouldn't take more than half an hour, considering that its not a real problem.
