Does anyone know what year and models came with a grab handle on the B pillar of a crew cab truck?

I have been trying to figure that one myself. I'd love to have the "Oh shucks" handle in my truck ever since I bought it.

My friend's 06 HD crew cab Sierra has them. Molded right into the B-pillar trim.
