Traction control acting up.

My 2005 Chevy Avalanche is having issues when traction control is on sometimes it shuts off power to truck and makes goofy sound what can this be?

The sound is likely the ABS pump activating. My first guess would be a bad wheel speed sensor. Do you also get random ABS activations when stopping?

It could be anything , it Has To be scanned first and not by a parts store , you can't fix this yourself unless you want to hemorrhage money because of guessing ,
