So this is just ab apple problem? I stream through blue tooth on my Samsung all the time

Seems so. Just apple products require the cable. May be a software conflict between mylink and IOS.

I have the I phone, I go thru blue tooth. When I get in my truck it start as soon as I turn the radio on and all my controls work. Its shows every thing on screen, not the thumps up or down, you have to plug it in for that. Im not worried about rating while im driving anyway. If you want to change station you have to do that on your phone when your not plug in.

Yea, you can use the "media" button to pull it up that way and it works fully wireless. Seems like it has higher audio quality through the app, but that may just be my imagination. I found that out while messing with mine the other day on accident.

 

Can't stand this little tiny non-touch screen radio. Gonna have to fix that!

Na, Apple doesn't like that kind of stuff lol. And if they were to have one you need to jump over hoops and crawl under bridges to get it haha. On Android all you need is to download, install and enjoy.

I been using spotify lately you can search for any song and make your own play lists. Better then pandora

Most of them are better than Pandora from a music management standpoint, I do like the convenience of having the car app though. Too bad there isn't a Cyanogen or XDA for MyLink lol.

The stereo runs open source software, is up to one of us hack an mod it haha.
