Corsa starting to show problems after about 2k miles...

Hey guys, so my Corsa Sport exhaust was installed in Mid September and in the last few weeks it has actually started to drone on the highway pretty badly and now it actually has a whistling sound coming out when I give it gas while cruising at mid to high speeds.

 

First thing I did was toss is up on a lift, check the clamps and test for leaks and could not find any. I've reached out to Corsa so I am curious to see what they say. I did some research and found that Corsa exhausts had this problem years ago for GM trucks, I'm wondering if its the same thing...

I installed mine almost a month ago, and so far no problems.

Installed my Corsa Sport (Dual Side Exit) at the end of August and so far haven't had any issues. In fact, I got great customer service from Corsa and Parley's Diesel Performance after the tip section showed up damaged. I do get helicopter noises and the V4 burble, but those I knew were to be expected.

Good to hear guys! Yea I was on the phone with Corsa a few days ago and they're R&D team said they had trouble with the spherical clamps in the original design. Suggested I disconnect that and re install with someone pushing from the rear side of the system to ensure its centered.

 

Haven't had a chance yet but they also said if that doesn't do it, they will happily look into sending me out a new muffler. Grade A service and as expected from a Lifetime warranty company.
