yeah I would pull the wheels off myself or take them back and watch them balance the tires and look at your truck to make sure the hub rings are on the vehicle or the wheels are hub centric and that they pulled the brake clips off.

I'm having this same issue on my 14 Silverado new wheels and tires. Bfg ko2 275/60/20 on some KMCs. Did you ever get yours fixed? I get vibration going over 60mph they forgot to instal the hub rings so I just went back and got those put on now the vibration is worse. Do I need to get them road forced balanced with the hub rings?

 FTC Report Number 145706637

This is what I emailed to Ron Kata service manager Ed Rinke Dealership On 3.9.2022 I had new tires installed at your dealership. (2016 Chevy SS), Today 3.10.2022 when I had a chance to drive on the highway I noticed it had a wobble from the front end at speeds greater than 45mph. So I returned to the dealership and spoke with the girl who assisted me yesterday Kayla Bertram, I told her I felt a wobble from the front end and I need the balance checked. So she said, let me check with the tech who did the tire replacement. She took the service papers and went to speak to the tech, she returned about 5 mins later, she said the tech said when he was balancing the tires he noticed that the rims, not rim but "rims" were bent, I said now you tell me after the fact, which she immediately replied, I know a person who is an expert at fixing bent rims, (How convenient I thought to myself ), she asked if I wanted his number, I said NO and left. That leaves me with the problem, how come when I came in on tires that were worn down to the wear bars but have no wobble or balance problem on the original tires and after installation now have a wobble? "not logical". if the "RIM/RIMS" are bent I should have been told this at the time of installation and or have been noted on the service papers.. But as I see it you owe me a rebalance.
