Another Newbie to the forum long time GM truck owner

I recently traded my 2005 Suburban for a 2014 Yukon XL Denali. Over the years I have had many Chevy and GMC trucks from a 1950 AD five window Deluxe to the current Denali. Always pleased never disappointed.

 

I also have restored a 1956 Chevrolet Nomad. complete frame off restoration from one of a kind find, not quite a Barn find but close. the '56 had only 36,000 when it was parked in 1966 and remained there until I purchased it in 2007.

 

After the restoration completed in May 2013 I drove it on Old Route 66 the entire route to California and back to Chicago, great trip of 28 days.

 

Looking for the next restoration project now, preferred another 1950 AD 1/2 ton. But who knows what may come along.
