Best halogen bulb for 00-02?

I know that some trimming may be needed but can I properly fit a 4300k H11 in my truck? The original and current bulb is a 9006, and the H11 is from the 2014's.

 

Would the H11 be a significant step above the 9006 in light output both in depth and width?

 

And I'm only interested in stock halogens, no hid of any kind.

 

I know there are other threads but I don't want to wade through a ton of pages... And please move if necessary.
