Black synthetic stock

Me and my wife are looking at buying a new .17 hmr. I personally like wood stocks but the one we are looking at only comes in black synthetic. I was wondering if there is anything I could do to customize the stock. I'm looking at a New England firearms break action .17 hmr with a heavy barrel

For most guns there are some aftermarket ones available. But sure what you mean by customize.

Is the NEF the same as H&R single shots? If so one from an H&R might fit. Try www.go2gbo.com Plenty of H&R experts there.

I guess i should have looked a little harder before i posted. i found a stock setup with a AR style stock pistol grip and forend that i like a lot. and I do beleive they are the same. everything that i have seen has both of them listed so i would guess so

There are several aftermarket stocks available for just about every make and model firearm you can think of. You can also have them custom made if you can not find one you like. Just like everything else for firearms, don't settle for anything less than perfect or you will never be happy with your rifle.
