N-Fab nuts & bolts question???

I was dissapointed that they did not come with either nylon nuts or lock wahers. Has any had problems with the regular nuts? If so, what did u change too?

I don't have n-fabs, but I'm always paranoid about bolting something onto my truck without nylons, lock washers, or at least a dab of loctite.

Figure out the sizes you need and order locknuts thru McMaster-Carr or Grainger.

Go by a hardware store or places like Lowe's and Tractor Supply and find lock washers. Just take in one of the bolts with you. Where I live, Tractor Supply has more to chose from when it comes to sizes (especially once you start to get above 3/4").

 

I had my N-Fabs installed at the local shop I usually go to so I can't tell you if they put lock washers on, but I haven't had any issues after owning my '14 for 7-8 months. That'f a buddy that rides with my a lot and he's over 300 lbs.
