My Link, radio, navigation blanks out

I have a 2015 Tahoe. The my link/radio/navigation/infotainment system started freezing on a grey screen and would not come on or work for about 10-15 minutes sometimes longer after start up, and was worse and more consistent when the temperature is below freezing. I took it in and they did a system update and reboot, it did not work. I took it back and then they changed out the whole system and screen with a new one, that still didn't work. Then they started testing all of the modules by freezing them and they could not find a bad one. Then they discovered that the issue was with a instrument or dash cluster. They replaced it and told me it is now working good. Although it hasn't been below freezing the last two days so who knows. I get to pick it up today so wish me luck that it is actually fixed. I just wanted to post to see if anyone else has had or is having the same problem.

So got it back and I'm not quite sure yet. It may still have some glitches or maybe I'm just paranoid it's not going to work again. Does anyone know if the My Link symbol is suppose to come across the screen when you open the doors or not until you put the key in? I though it when working properly comes across right after you open the doors. Since I got it back it has come across once when I opened the doors and the rest has been delayed until after I put the key in. Also after I re programmed in the radio favorites and went to change them from the steering wheel it said there were no favorites programmed, but that works now. And once when I opened the door the screen for the radio/navigation lit up but the screen behind the steering wheel did not until I put the key in. So either it has some glitches or I'm paranoid. It's 40 degrees out and hasn't gotten below freezing since it was "fixed" although they say they tested it. The temperature is supposed to drop to 16 Saturday night and 5 Tuesday night. I feel that will be the real test.

Yes, I have had the same thing happen a few times on my 14 Sierra. However, I don't live in cold weather. My screen has gone out twice. The first time I turned off my truck and right back on and everything worked. The second time I tried the same but it still didn't work. Went into a restaurant and came back out an hour later and everything worked. I hope it doesn't continue!!!
