Tire size question.

Hi and thanx in advance for helping out.

I know nothing about tires. I would like to replace my stock 245/75/16's with a thinner, higher tire, but still on 16in. I find the thinner the tire, the better in snow. Any size suggestions?

Well there aren't a whole lot of truck tires than are more narrow than a 245. I'd say a 235/85/16 would be your best bet. They're a little more narrow than your current set, and will be around 1" taller. Hope that helps.
