New Member _ Test and Review issues

I recently bought a 2015 Silverado 1500.

 

I test drove the Ford and the Ram Also. Ford was OK and then I tested the Chevy. I was sitting at about 95% Chevy. I then drove the Ram 1500; It just wasn't me. Tundra......Nah.

 

I was Chevy all the way. The ride, I felt, was superior to the others.

 

Thing is, every time I'm reading about pickups the Silverado doesn't get any love. It's all about the Ford and Ram. I don't get it.

 

Can anyone enlighten me?

I think some of the review magazines/websites focus on one or two aspects (air ride, aluminum body, etc) and tend to overlook the "whole package." Also, I'm sure there is a bit of $$$ involved in some instances, whether they admit it or not. Don't forget, they are all really just expressing their opinions, whether everyone likes them or not.

Welcome, Chevy has had a lot of bad press here lately but the new truck is solid some love it some hate it but for the most part people like it from everyone I've talked to in person. You should do a build thread and post pics of your truck and any mods you do or plan on doing. Congrats on the purchase.
