GM slips these through I think.
My freind had I think a 2009 Sierra that was Laser Blue metallic. Cool color.
They never used that color until a year or two later because I had a 2011 Silverado that color and I was told that was the first year of that color. It was a $695 option.
They do what they want sometimes on stuff like this is my guess.
