BLACK BOX ON SCREEN IN BLUETOOTH AUDIO MODE

You can do it on the '14s. Go into settings- radio settings- and you'll be able to change it from numbers to names

You can edit the station numbers and put whatever you want there.

It's in the menus somewhere. Check the manual.

 

I haven't got the black box either.

I didn't get any album art, tried pandora, spotify, and iPod.

If you hook up your phone through USB, then that black box becomes a "Browse" button and you can browse your music from the HMI. If your using bluetooth then you have to select your music on your phone, and the box remains blank. At least thats how it is on my truck.

In the meantime, trying hooking your phone up via USB and see if you get the browse button.

Well I tried the usb port this morning and nothing happened I have a galaxy s5 is there something I'm missing

I haven't tried the usb yet. I can still change/skip songs with the steering wheel, on screen, and dash controls. That would be cool though if you could browse music on your device from the screen. I usually use spotify though, so I doubt it will work with that either way. Still going to give it a try this evening.

Whenever I use my phone it is Pandora, and yes by "browse" I mean it lets me browse my channels that are on my phone. I guess I just figured it would let me browse my music that it is on my phone. I must be wrong about the actual music on my phone, but it definitely allows me to "browse" when I have Pandora on. I'll check it with my music later today and try and take a picture of it all.

Don't see too many people rockin Kevin gates, good stuff I like his music. I think I did see that browse button before on pandora, it looks real familiar at least lol.
