2014 GMC sierra black wheel well deflector.

I have a 2014 GMC sierra and the black deflector on the forward part of the rear wheel well keeps getting a hole on the outside corner. Where can I get this part? I already had the dealer replace one and now the other side has a hole.

Has anyone else had this problem? What is this part actually called and where can I get one besides the dealer. I wish they were solid.

Thank you! Some sites were wrong on drivers side and passenger side. Has anyone else had this same problem I'm having?
