For those who do not know, a version of the Colorado/Canyon is already on sale...halfway around the World.  It is called the D Max and is produced and sold by Isuzu who has been out of the pickup market here since the late '90s.  So, would you like to see them make a comeback in the pickup market here, or not?

I personally would.  Everyone and their mother will have a Colorado or Canyon.  Sure, that isn't bad, and if the Isuzu variant wasn't sold here I would most definately buy one, but the Isuzu would be more unique because it would not be sold in the same numbers.  The D Max would also act as an anchor vehicle for Isuzu keeping them in the US market.  Chances are the D Max would be their top seller.  Not only that, but Isuzus have been traditionally inexpensive while GMs have been traditionally expensive.  I would not mind being able to get essentially the same truck for a little less cash.

If you have yet to see the D Max, look here:

I wouldn't mind it.  I like the "basic" look they have.  The real question would be if GM would let their dealerships repair/maintain them.  If Isuzu does decide to bring them, I hope they have the matte paint available as an option.
