Part # for 6.2 PCV Tube??

It was easy enough to come up with the part numbers for my clean side pcv tubes (valve cover to air box) on the 6.2 but I can't find the part number for the main pcv tube (valley to rear of throttle body) Anybody know what it is??

Also, if I catch can the clean side should I consider connecting the valve cover to the inlet side of the catch can or the outlet. I know is supposed to be the clean air return to the valve cover but my other LS engines have pumped a lot of oil out of those valve cover outlets and I don't see why this one would be any different.

I ordered one from my dealer for my catch can install so I had a back up. I also have the 6.2. My parts guy was able to find it under PCV dirty. I just threw away the box with the number sorry! I do know with a 15% discount it was around $25.00.
