radiator: 305 manual trans

1996 vortec L30, spider injection.

 

I am having no problems, but the plastic side tank and 25 below. I won't say what I do not like, its a rare problem...and would most likely continue ok..

 

but..

I am finding a whole pile of options form 1 core to 3 core in the all aluminum versions, and am looking to do some swapping.

 

I am only guessing the 4.3 liter gets the one core, the factory L30 I am running is 2 core..plastic side tanks.

 

I am curious if one core all aluminum more than equals a 2 core plastic side tank version..and no auto trans cooler to hook up (this is cooler for the engine of course).

 

I am also finding this engine has a rapid curve on the nv3500...more than 230 horse, all factory. I want plastic tanks out.
