Possibly Trading in F150 for 2015 Sierra 6.2L

Hey guys, at the moment I drive a 2014 F150 5.0, but I recently test drove a Sierra 6.2L and may trade my F150 in. I'd probably do it in December or so if I can get a good deal on a 2015 with the 2016's coming out. I've got a few questions though. I'm really into mods and things (tuning, exhaust, intake, etc.) and was wondering how the aftermarket was. Also, do y'all know of any issues with the 8 speed transmission? It seemed pretty solid just in the test drive, but have there been any issues with it yet? And is it hard to find a custom tuner for the 8 speed? Thank y'all in advance, and I'm definitely excited to join the GM family soon!

Got mine the weekend before thanksgiving. The 6.2 models are insanely expensive, the sticker on mine was over 51k and would of never even thought of buying until gm pulled their heads out of their asses and took nearly 11k off the sticker with the black Friday event. I love my truck but no way in hell is any 1500 model worth above 45,000 imo, I paid around 40,500 for mine before trade and taxes and tags. These trucks have and insane profit margin on them, I bet even with 11k off I still over paid but I know I did better then many on here which makes me sleep better at night lol.
