Help with bugflector

Hey guys I'm looking at putting a bugflector on my truck, so far I've scoped out the avs bugflector 1 & 2 and hoodflector, but I honestly can't figure out the difference, I considered the aeroskin but concerned u can't get behind and clean, worried about rust starting behind there, also it doesn't cover the fender edges leaving them exposed, if u could post some pics so u can c the differences

I just installed the Weathertech yesterday in fact. So I can't speak much to the effectiveness yet but it looks sharp and was simple to install. I don't know if I'm too keen on it being attached mainly with a strip of 3M foam tape with a couple clips instead of hardware but they might all be like that now. It fit perfectly. I only ordered the WT over the AVS and others since that was the look I liked.

I ordered directly from Weathertech who supposedly had a sale going on but after shipping it came out exactly the same as free shipping from Amazon.

I notice a few weeks ago I had a couple very small rock chips on the leading edge of the hood, so I fixed those up first. Decided to go with the deflector instead of film since maybe it would give a little bit of help in protecting the windshield when the film wouldn't. This windshield seems to be a rock magnet so every little bit helps. Plus it's cheaper solution if you don't mind the look, some people do.

Same thought, I like the way they look, don't want to get into filming the whole truck. Just gonna do the bumper the second the weather brakes

How to Install AVS Aero Skin Bug Shield

Seems to me like moisture would get trapped in between tape, plus it left the lead edge of hood exposed in that video, definitely sharp and easy installation, just don't think it wil function how I want it too

This link will tell of the differences of the AVS Shields:

I have been debating it myself, but not really sure I like the look with the new hood lines these have. Like the function and protection they offer to the softer hoods and paint, but not convinced on appearance. Had one on my 95, 91 and 99, but almost feels takes away from the looks on these front ends.
