Mines just a toyo "pony" I bought from lowes back in ~2008/9. 42" deck, 16hp I think. It wont be long before I have to start breaking it out to mulch up the last of the leaves and clear the way for the grass to come back.

 

The mowers been pretty reliable. It's lasted me a long time. Only thing thats "failed"on it is the battery 2 years ago.

 

I do need new blades though.. at this point I'm fairly sure I'm cutting the grass with the side of a 2x4 or something. This area of GA is very rocky and I've managed to find every one of them.

Yeah, years ago in the early 2000's Toro partner with Friendly Robitcs to sell a robotic lawn mower. Then Friendly Robotics sued them and the iMow was no longer sold. It works great you just set up a perimeter wire that hooks up to a box hidden in your bushes. Then the mower cuts the perimeter first and then zig zags across the rest of your lawn for a couple hours. It's also whisper quite as well.
