I had my Anzo since they were released, I've taken my truck apart countless amounts of times and the Headlights can't be adjusted up or down. I had HIDs since day one, I suggest go that route and you should have more light output.

I have the Anzo headlights and I called the company. They told me to take the assembly completely out of the truck and there are some screws on the back that adjust the beams.

Correct, there are 2 Silver adjustment screws to Adjust the Anzo's. Unfortunately, they sit right behind a metal support bracket in the truck, so you need to take the entire assembly out, adjust them, set them back in place, check, and then it's lather/rinse/repeat until both sides are where they should be.

Make sure you are on level ground, 25' back from the wall, and you have marked a spot about an 1.5 inches lower than level (to the center of the headlight) on the wall. Align the top of the cut-off to the piece of tape, and you should be good to go. Take your time because you won't want to have to take the front end of the car apart again if it's wrong. Oh, and don't forget to ensure that you don't have anything heavy in the bed of the truck or it will be misaligned after you off-load.

Mmmm I need to remove mine again to check, my cutoff line is slightly lower on the right headlight

Just raised mine, thanks to you guys who knew what's up. Since I don't have a concrete wall and my driveway is on a slope. I just aligned it on the garage door and raised it a bit, tried it on the street and seems good to me lol.

Yes the ones on the back that aren't visible unless u remove the headlight are the ones to raise it up and down. The screw that is on top just moves it left and right.
