Driving with Tow/Haul on

Whill this cause any adverse affects to the tranny if I do this?  Basically, I like the sound of the exhaust with the T/H mode on, and in 3rd.

Your tranny won't care, but your fuel gauge will start acting strange.

I was playing with the tow/haul button and the G-Tech one night, and noticed that with the tow/haul button pressed the tranny shifted 500 RPMs sooner than if the button was not pressed.

As far as i no tow haul shouldnt affect anything without a load except changing the speeds it shifts into the next gear but driving in 3rd will decrease fuel economy.

That's true under full throttle.
