Can anyone help with this noise?

Hello,

 

From all the reading I have done with direct injection, I understand that we see a higher fuel pump / injection noise due higher pressures...

 

This "noise" almost sounds like a metal to metal "rattle" and it's loud can here it all the way to the neighbors house.

No video. Are you talking about the noise it makes when you start it up? If so, it is normal for the new gen direct injection engines.
