Not unless you have someone who flashes them locally. Not sure what programs they use.

You can do a "swap" where they send you a pre-programmed unit and you send yours back.

To use MVI, the vendor on this forum, I am pretty sure it's like $400 + you pay actual shipping each way. That is just for nav-in-motion unlock, their other options like phone screen mirroring get pricier. But I could be wrong and they do have a thread with all their info in it either here or in the accessories sub-forum.

He wont be able to do a thing, all the dealer can do is flash the exact calibration on file with GM for the VIN on the truck. GM eliminated any programming loop holes on this generation truck, plus the features that MVI offers are not ones that GM will offer due to liability issues.
