4.56 gears with 305's

Looking to get some advice on running 305/65/R18 (33.5")tires with either 4.10 or 4.56 gears. Custom Diablew tune coming soon after gear choice so I want to factor that in. Just don't know if 4.56 will be "too much" since it's not a 35" tire. Any advice is appreciated!

Im swapping from 373 to 456 as soon as I get all the parts. (back ordered gear) I have a 13 2500 6.0
I do alot of towing and plowing so im looking for some low end power. I have stock size 32in tires.

Do you plan on doing the swap yourself?

Went with Yukon 4.11 gears instead. Gears are being installed as we speak. Didn't attempt to change the gears myself, it's a pretty technical job, would rather have someone with years of experience do it.

4.11's will be fine with that size tire, just don't expect highway cruising to be the best. 4.56's would have been awesome if you have a bunch of horsepower to back it up, but you did not specify engine specs in your original post. I have a 2008 LTZ 5.3 extended cab with 3.73 gears (factory) and I run 275/60/20 tires with a 5.3 supercharged and blackbear tuned set up and I love it for highway cruising but wish I had 4.11's for off the line fun. My 2 cents....good luck!
