Painting Fender flares

so im wanting to do some mods! umm i got a set of EGR bolt on fender flares..they are currently like a matte black. I'm curious, the look im trying to go for is like a rhino lined paint on my fenders. is there some type of purchasable spray can i can buy that has that type of texture to it? and will last? i dont want anything pricey ..just trying to make them look nice as hell and more heavy duty. More of a clean look.

Dupli-Color and Rust-Oleum both make bedliner that comes in a spray can... I saw some at my local AutoZone recently. I have no idea how it looks when sprayed on... but I was thinking about getting some to put on a 2x10 to be used as a bed divider.

hmm yeah just dont want to spray it...then like couple months down the line it just looks like crap...
