2011 Sierra air dam removal

This question may have been answered in the past but I can't seem to find the thread. I purchased the Denali air dam so that I can install the Denali lower grill. I am wondering if anyone knows how the fog lamps and plastic lower bumper/air dam that surrounds the fog lights is removed. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In found that backing up over a little sapling was the quickest, and easiest way to remove the lower air dam on my truck.
