Recoil affect on lower back

Put a standard A2 stock on it and fill the butt trap with lead sot. Recoil problem solved.

That's a terrible idea and terrible advice.

You can lighten recoil by using different buffer weights, that's the proper way to adjust things. Bubbasmithing of a firearm is not going to help and can cause issue with a firearm.

You can also try different recoil springs along with different buffer weight until you find what works best for you with the ammo you are using.
