If it was the late 1980's, and Robocop was going to drive a truck - I would think the new Ford SD would be the one he'd pick.

I thought the current gen styling was bad - but this takes it to a new level. It's pretty sad for me, because at one time I was actually a Ford truck fan...

I remember when the previous generation of the F150 was intro'd. Someone said it looked like the stylist/designer was a 7 year old.

As massive as the grille is, it looks "finished" compared to the new F150's. The way it meets the bumper looks horrible.

The problem with OEM's is that they just can't seem to stop fidgeting with stuff. They will hit on a great design and just can't keep themselves from changing it. The classic example is the last couple of years of Dodge and Ford cars. A total back to the 70's retro look with some minor differences. They finally run out of ideas and start all over.

unfortunately, Ford's current styling direction is to make Everything in the Ford Line look EXACTLY like the Fusion or Taurus. the Fiesta and Focus have already been Fusionized, and the Ford Edge (and Next Gen Escape) are going to look like the Taurus.
