I bought the cover on ebay and the studs and badge from gmpartsgiant.com. No modifications, just snaps on to the studs.

 

You may or may not already have the mounting studs. If not, you need two. They replace the front two bolts holding down your black plastic intake cover.

Installed an Access Vanish roll-up tonneau cover. Nice tight fit and looks like it will be pretty much water tight... if it ever rains again here.

Since the install how has the drop kit been treating you? I do plan on lowering mine but I was thinking 3/6

Extremely happy with the kit... 5,000 miles later and no issues at all. Very smooth ride that handles really well.

Some OEM 20's would look great on this clean truck! And the ride height isn't too bad, although I would add an inch or so.

Stock 17's for now... 31" tires, no rubbing.

Just installed a Gibson 3" in/out catback... ended up leaving off the tail piece and dumped it behind the axle.

Sound is exactly what I was looking for, much deeper tone and not terribly loud..
