I am looking into getting the front end up on my 2000 silverado. I was thinking about cranking my torsion bars up just wanted to make sure ot wont do to much damage. Also i am reading about ford keys and i was wondering whatthat was about. Also could someone point me in the driection of a leveling kit possibly?

Easiest thing to do is just crank up the torsion keys that you have...provided there is any bolt left to crank. New keys will allow you to crank further than stock, but either way you go, you don't want to go up any more than about 2" over stock as the truck will ride rougher and will cause additional stress on the front end parts. I had a leveling kit on my previous '06 but to do it again I'd just crank the stock keys. The overall best way to lift the front would be a true lift kit to keep stock ride quality.
