KC Royals World Champions Parade draws 800,000!

Congratulations to Ned Yost and the Kansas City Royals on their 5 game victory in the World Series! The Royals Parade and Victory Rally drew over 800,000 people to make it the largest event in recorded Missouri history.

 

What an awesome team! They never quit....

And, with that many people there wasn't one building/car set on fire. Everyone was very polite.....just like us Mid-westerners have always been!

Any one realize I called this back in July? When I was making vacation plans I was thinking of a KC games because they would probably win the series.

 

And I'm a Yankee fan, BTW.

The closest thing to a riot that happened was some drunks directing traffic downtown... Same can't be said for many post victory celebrations.

Absolutely true! In San Francisco last year I was reading reports of Riots, Looting, Fires, Robberies, etc.!!! What the ?????? I don't get it. Your team just won the World Series! Why would you want to burn it down?

Yankees have only won a single series in the last 15 years.if your sick of hearing about them, You haven't followed Baseball in quite a while(or are 100 years old )

From 95-2015 10 World Series winners have been a YANKEE team (Northern States) of course now offense to Yankees on this site. I pull for Atlanta because they are the closest team to Mississippi.
