Hmm. Well, I'll stick with the 4.10s for now. I have my eyes on 2012 cummins I may trade for. If not then I'll go up to 37s and 4.10s shouldn't struggle too much with that.. I hope.

I think you made a good decision with the 4.56. The difference is going to be amazing coming from the 3.08 with those 37's.

I need some help. I have a 14 Silverado v6 2wd with the 3.23 on 33s. I want to upgrade the gears to the stock 3.72 plus add a locker since I don't have one. I'm not familiar with any of this stuff. What would I need?

Just need the locker and gearset as long as the axle splines are the same. Which they should be

The V-6 trucks have the 8.6 Rear Axles. gear sets and lockers are readily available.

So would my best bet be to switch to the stock v6 4x4 assembly, gears, differential? I think those come with the 3.42 and the g80. I mean something that comes from a stock one should fit no?

So by my calendar today should be the day, everything still on track to get it back today? I'm about to start looking at the shop you ordered from. I'm changing my front bumper and then getting gears. I'm getting tired of doing appearance mods, need some performance mods in my life!!

i have only about 20 miles on it so far, it shifts Faster then it did before, I now have 6th gear, and going over highway overpass and hills it stays in 6th gear, it does not down shift like it did before, I love it

Awesome! Better get up and go? Sounds like initial review shows as all good and well worth it? I'll keep my eye open for any future updates on the gears as I still have a few months at the least before I get to do them
