Whistling ventilated seat

Does this drive anyone else nuts? About every 30 seconds or so it makes a small whistle from the back of the seat.

Mine does not whistle at all. However you can hear the fan blowing and feel the hot air out of the rear seat vent.

This is with the A/C seat off. If the radio is off and its quiet you will hear a 1 second or so whistle like air exiting a valve one or so a minute.....Guess I will need to turn the radio up.
